Thank you for choosing Transcendence Skin. Our policies are designed to support your experience and maintain a safe, respectful, and effective environment for all.

Our Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Transcendence Skin, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. By booking services with Transcendence Skin, you agree to the following:

In-Clinic Appointments:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No fee.

  • Cancellations made between 24–1 hour prior: $100 late cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once up to 12 hours before the appointment (within the same week).

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 1 hour, no-shows, or arriving 15+ minutes late will result in the full service fee being charged.

In-Home Appointments:

  • Cancellations with 12 hours or more notice: No fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice: Full service fee will be charged.

Important Note:

Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before booking any future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in dismissal from our practice. 

Shipping Policy

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

While most packages arrive sooner, we allow a buffer to accommodate holidays, travel, or studio closures. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Treatment Policy

At Transcendence Skin, your safety, comfort, and results are our top priorities. To ensure optimal outcomes and maintain the integrity of our services, we have established the following treatment guidelines:

Injectables & Facial Eligibility

To minimize risk and ensure the best results, clients must be at least 14 days post-Botox or dermal filler before receiving any facial or massage involving the face.
If you arrive and have had injectables within the past 14 days, we will not proceed with the treatment and the full service fee will be charged.

Cold Sore (Herpes Simplex) Policy

To protect your health and prevent the spread of infection, we do not perform facial treatments on clients with an active cold sore.
If you currently have or feel the onset of a cold sore, please reschedule your appointment in advance.
If you arrive with an active outbreak, we will be unable to proceed, and the full service fee will be charged.
If you are prone to cold sores, consider speaking with your healthcare provider about preventive measures before booking.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to receive treatment.

Product Return & Exchange Policy
  • In-Clinic Purchases
    Unopened products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Online Purchases
    All online product sales are final. However, if you are local and it is viable for you to visit in person, we may accommodate an in-store exchange for unopened items within 14 days, at our discretion.

  • Store Credit
    All eligible returns are issued as store credit, which may be used toward future services or product purchases.

Privacy & Photo Policy

At Transcendence Skin, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and honoring the trust you place in us. This policy outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information, including treatment-related images. We aim to provide full transparency while upholding the integrity of your skincare experience.

We collect personal details such as your name, contact information, medical history, and skin concerns to ensure safe, customized care.

  • Your data is stored securely and used solely for internal professional purposes.

  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  • Payment details are processed through secure platforms—we do not store credit card numbers.

2. Photo & Media Usage Policy
We routinely take before-and-after photos and short videos for treatment documentation. These images serve both clinical and educational purposes.
Unless you opt out in writing, your photos or videos may also be used for promotional purposes, including:

  • Our website

  • Social media platforms

  • Marketing materials

  • Educational presentations or training

These materials may feature your image, likeness, or skin condition results without personal identifiers (unless otherwise approved by you).
3. Implied Consent & Opt-Out
By receiving services at Transcendence Skin, you acknowledge and accept that we may document your treatment progress using photo or video.
You may opt out of media sharing for marketing purposes at any time by notifying us in writing at glow@transcendenceskin.com.
We will honor any request to remove or refrain from using your images in future promotional content.
4. Confidentiality & Security Measures

  • All images, records, and personal information are kept confidential and used only by authorized practitioners for professional and business purposes.

  • We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Ownership & Rights
All content (including photography, video, and written communication) captured or created by Transcendence Skin remains the property of the business. We reserve the right to use, edit, and publish materials for professional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted and confirmed. No additional compensation or approval is required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
