Our Cancellation Policy

At Transcendence Skin, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

In-Clinic Appointments:

  • Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice: No fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

  • No-shows (including arriving 15+ minutes late): Full service fee will be charged.

In-Home Appointments:

  • Cancellations with 12 hours or more notice: No fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice: Full service fee will be charged.

Important Note:

Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before booking any future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in dismissal from our practice.

Product Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Treatment Policy

At Transcendence Skin, your safety and results are our top priority. To ensure the best experience and outcomes for every client, we have established guidelines that prioritize your safety, comfort, and the integrity of our services. Please review the following policies before your appointment.
Injectables & Treatment Eligibility
To ensure the best results and avoid complications, clients must be at least 14 days post-Botox or dermal fillers before receiving any facial or massage involving the face.
If you arrive for an appointment and have had Botox or fillers within the last 14 days, we will be unable to perform the treatment, and the full service fee will be charged.
Cold Sore Policy
For your safety and to prevent the spread of infection, we cannot perform facials on clients with an active cold sore (herpes simplex virus).

  • If you currently have or feel the onset of a cold sore, please reschedule your appointment.

  • If you arrive with an active cold sore, we will be unable to proceed with the treatment, and the full service fee will be charged.

  • If you are prone to cold sores, you may want to consult with your healthcare provider about ways to help prevent an outbreak before booking a facial.

Privacy & Photo Policy

At Transcendence Skin, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle your personal information, including any images taken during treatments.
1. Personal Information & Data Protection
We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and skin concerns to provide customized treatments and recommendations.
Your data is securely stored and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Payment information is processed through secure platforms, and we do not store credit card details.
2. Photo & Media Usage Policy
We take before-and-after photos or short video clips to track your progress and showcase treatment results.
These images may be used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and other digital platforms.
We respect your privacy—if you prefer not to have your images shared, please notify us in writing before your appointment.
3. Client Consent & Opt-Out Policy
Clients will be asked for verbal or written consent before any photos or videos are taken.
If you previously consented but wish to withdraw permission for future use, please send a written request to glow@transcendenceskin.com, and we will ensure your images are no longer used in new materials.
4. Confidentiality & Security Measures
All client photos, records, and personal data are kept confidential and used solely for professional and business purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Privacy & Photo Policy as needed. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
