First-time clients should book a Consultation or our First-Time Client Service. Returning clients can call for guidance. We recommend scheduling 3-4future treatments to secure appointments and avoid confusion.

Arrive on time with a bare face. Bring a list of current skincare products and avoid new purchases beforehand.

To respect everyone's time, we require advanced notice for cancellations or change:: In-Clinic Appointments​​​​ 24+ hours' notice: No charge. Under 24 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged. Under 12 hours: 50% of the service fee + $100 will be charged. Under 3 hours or no-show: Full service fee will be charged. In-Home Services:​ 12+ hours' notice: No charge. Under 12 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged. Under 6 hours: Full service fee will be charged. 💳 Unpaid cancellation fees must be cleared before booking again. 📌 Three consecutive cancellations may result in termination from our practice. 🚫 No refunds or exchanges on services.​

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and result in the full service charge.

Clients must wait at least 14 days after receiving Botox or dermal fillers before booking any facial or facial massage. If you arrive with injectables done within the last 14 days, your appointment cannot be performed, and the full service fee will be charged.

No, we cannot perform facials on clients with an active cold sore due to the risk of spreading the virus. If you have or feel the onset of a cold sore, please reschedule your appointment to a later date.

We recommend budgeting between $300-$1000 for an optimal skincare regimen. Marcia tailors each regimen to achieve great results, which are about 80% homecare and 20% treatments. For any budget, Marcia will help select products that fit your needs, with options to begin gradually and build your regimen over time. Be prepared to invest in your skin for lasting results!

Only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment areas. Minors may be accompanied by a guardian.
