How do I know what treatment to book?First-time clients should book a Consultation or our First-Time Client Service. Returning clients can call for guidance. We recommend scheduling 3-4future treatments to secure appointments and avoid confusion.

What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?To respect everyone's time, we require advanced notice for cancellations or change:: In-Clinic Appointments 24+ hours' notice: No charge. Under 24 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged. Under 12 hours: 50% of the service fee + $100 will be charged. Under 3 hours or no-show: Full service fee will be charged. In-Home Services: 12+ hours' notice: No charge. Under 12 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged. Under 6 hours: Full service fee will be charged. 💳 Unpaid cancellation fees must be cleared before booking again. 📌 Three consecutive cancellations may result in termination from our practice. 🚫 No refunds or exchanges on services.

Can I book a facial or massage after getting Botox or fillers?Clients must wait at least 14 days after receiving Botox or dermal fillers before booking any facial or facial massage. If you arrive with injectables done within the last 14 days, your appointment cannot be performed, and the full service fee will be charged.

Can I get a facial if I have a cold sore?No, we cannot perform facials on clients with an active cold sore due to the risk of spreading the virus. If you have or feel the onset of a cold sore, please reschedule your appointment to a later date.
