Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and kindly ask for advance notice if your plans need to change:
- Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 35% of the service fee.
- Appointments missed, canceled within 1 hour, or arrivals 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show and charged the full service fee.

Important Note:
Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before booking any future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in dismissal from our practice.
