Cancellation Policy

By booking services with Transcendence Skin, I (“I” or “me”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Cancellation & Rescheduling - Appointments canceled through the booking system 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time will not incur a fee. - Cancellations made between 24 and 1 hour before the appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. - Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours prior to the appointment and may be done once per booking (within a 1-day window). - Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 1 hour of the start time, arriving 15 minutes late or more, or missed entirely, will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full service fee. Client Consent & Liability Waiver I understand that spa and skincare treatments may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, discomfort, irritation, or adverse effects. I acknowledge that results vary and no guarantees are offered. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with the services provided and release Transcendence Skin, its owner, staff, affiliates, and contractors from any liability, claims, or demands—whether arising from negligence or otherwise. I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical information and agree to update my provider if changes occur. Media & Publicity Release I grant permission to Transcendence Skin to photograph, record, and use my image, voice, or likeness for promotional purposes including social media, web, and marketing. These materials may be edited or published without review or compensation. I waive any right to inspect the final content and release all claims related to privacy, publicity, or emotional distress resulting from its use. I affirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to consent. This agreement applies to all future appointments and is governed by the laws of the State of California.
